This Privacy Policy defines the rules for the processing and protection of personal data of users of the website www.dashpixart.com (hereinafter — the “Site”), which operates as an online gallery and portfolio of the photographer dash.pix.art (hereinafter — the “Data Controller”), and is applied in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR).

5.5. If the User does not wish their images to be used, they must inform the Data Controller before the start of the photo session.
5.6. Consent for the use of images is not limited by territory or time, unless otherwise agreed between the parties.
